Expect your order to be shipped within 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and when it was placed. Some orders may ship sooner if they contain only non-custom items.

Holiday Shipping- Monday, Wednesday & Friday (3x a week shipping December 1-22 to accommodate for last minute gifts and projects.

Upcycled materials may be used to offset costs and stay green when possible. This may mean used packing paper, boxes from amazon, etc.

Refunds are not given except in cases of damage during shipping. Once I have received a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery, the item may then be mailed back to the return address given. A full refund will be given upon receipt. Returns must be shipped within a week of confirmed delivery date.

Insects are sourced from insect farms that allow conservation of species by breeding sought after species, and releasing some to the wild. This keeps the wild population safe in two ways, it keeps locals from collecting wild specimens, and it gives them employment beyond harvesting from the forest.

Fur and other animal parts are either from licensed hunters to reduce waste of unwanted byproducts, or farmers setting traps as part of pest control on private property and farmland.

A1 Perfect specimen, minimal to 0 flaws.

A- Specimen may have light flaws, duller color, scratches, or easily fixed breaks, such as broken antennae, feet, etc.

A2- Specimen may have larger tears, missing feet or antennae.

Craft- Specimen is best used for collage, projects, or fixing other damaged specimen.
