Bugs & Brews September

This item is only for persons who will be in attendance for the in person pinning class, do not purchase if you will not be there.

 If paying day of, email me at deadstuffclub@gmail.com so I can ensure enough materials are prepared, and your spot is guaranteed.

Class details are as follows:

Who: Anyone who wants to learn, refresh their skills or just pin a bug. Students 14yo and younger will need a chaperone present, chaperone is not required to purchase the class unless they also want to pin an insect.

What: This class we will be pinning a Heterorrhina Sexmaculata, or Green Scarab Beetle. There will be a quick anatomy portion, tips, material explanation, hydro prep, and a demonstration. Afterwards students will pin while I walk around and give guidance. An extra different insect will be given to pin at home.

When: September 28th, at 2pm.

Where: Spindletap, in the brewing room. It can be warm, please dress accordingly. 10622 Hirsch Rd, Houston, TX 77016

Materials included: Anatomy chart, tip sheet, pinning instructions, tweezers, pinning board, pins, 1 pre-hydrated insect, 1 insect to pin at home, 1 hydration kit.

You need to bring: A willingness to touch bugs.
